Through this program CAA Members will have access to emergency assistance services around the globe. These services can be accessed through the following numbers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year:

• Medical provider information & referrals
• Emergency medical transportation information
• Pharmacy location, hours of operation information
• Emergency message centre service
• Information regarding lost tickets and document replacements
• Canadian Embassy information
• Health Canada warnings & travel information

These benefits do not include any out-of-pocket expenses or related costs associated with any emergency information or arrangement assistance. All services fees and associated charges are at the expense of the CAA Member. These benefits also do not include actual insurance coverage for medical, hospital, trip interruption, baggage, cancellation etc.
