Area Comment: Until August 1, traffic will be detoured for bridge construction on Highway 55 in Athabasca, between 48 and 43 streets. Expect occasional short term traffic disruptions, and the speed limit will be reduced to 30 km/h, through the construction zone. Vehicles with wide and long loads are asked to use alternate routes, or use pilot vehicles and flag people, through the construction zone.

Area Comment: Until May 30, there will be construction on Highway 2 , south of the Dunvegan bridge, between 7 am and 7 pm . Speed will be reduced to 50 km/hr, with the closure of southbound climbing lane. Flaggers will stop motorists, when equipment is on the active road. Expect delays. Until June 1, expect minor traffic delays on Highway 2A, from Highway 2 east to Grimshaw. Speed reduced to 50 km/hr, for bridge construction. Until October 15, minor delays can be expected on Highway 2, at the junction of Highway 688 neat St. Isidore. The speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/hr, and traffic will be reduced to one lane, controlled by flag people around the construction zone.
