Highway alert: All construction along Trans-Canada Highway will halt during the May long weekend; however reduced speed limits and traffic detours will remain in place. Though Parks Canada will take all necessary steps to help alleviate traffic congestion, some travel delays can still be expected and drivers should plan accordingly.
