What you need to revive a corporation
- Your AMA membership card
- One piece of acceptable personal identification
- Completed Articles of Revival form
If the directors or address information needs to change, include the following completed form(s):
- Notice of Address or Change of Address form
- Notice of Directors or Notice of Change of Directors form
An annual return will need to be completed for each missed year.
Fax your completed form(s) to 780-989-6378 or bring into any AMA Registry centre.
Reviving a corporation returns a previously struck or dissolved corporation to an active status, as if it had never been dissolved.
