Any permanent resident of Alberta or the NWT who is at least 16 years old and interested in the objectives, services and benefits of the Association, may become a member of AMA.
AMA membership is not transferable.

Levels of Membership:

Within the levels of membership there are four types:Primary MembershipRefers to the first person in the family who joins. Each household must have a primary member.Associate MembershipProvides complete coverage for the spouse or other family household member. More than one associate can be added to a membership.Family Plan OptionProvides coverage for all children to their 16th birthday of the Primary and/or Associate Member living in the same household for discounts on Driver Education, Trip Collision Reimbursement, and more.Senior RateApplies to members aged 65 and up.
