After you've made the commitment to incorporate traffic safety into your workplace, the next step is to ensure that you get the results you want – safer employees, improved driver attitude and behaviour, and reduced collisions. The evaluation tool will enable you to do this easily and effectively.
MISSION POSSIBLE @ Work® provides participants with an online evaluation database to measure your success and identify improvements that will help you achieve your program goals. This database enables you to measure three variables:
Session Evaluation –The process of the program is measured to help determine what works or does not work as it is delivered
Pre and Post Traffic Safety Survey – Program effectiveness is measured to determine the overall impact it has had on your organization
