What is a cash advance?
With a CAA MasterCard, cardholders have access to cash through a network of automated teller machines (ATMs) and financial institutions worldwide that display the MasterCard logo. Other cash-like transactions including but not limited to money orders, wire transfers and gaming transactions are also treated as cash advances. With a cash advance, interest begins accruing from the day you make the transaction. Unlike purchases, there is no grace period for cash advances.
How do I find out more about or dispute the purchases appearing on my credit card statement?
Please contact Bridgewater Bank within 30 days of the statement date on which the transaction first appeared. If you believe your card may have been used fraudulently, contact Bridgewater Bank immediately.
