Problem Description
The AMA website tried to open a web page in a new window (often called a popup
window) but this action was likely blocked by an Internet Security package or
popup blocking toolbar loaded on your computer.
Solution 1: Continue Without Changing Your Popup Blocking Software
To load the requested AMA service
Solution 2: Change Your Popup Blocking Software To Allow Popup Windows From AMA
If you have an Internet security package loaded on your computer you should do one
of the following to load the requested service automatically in a new service
(pop-up) window.
- Add www.ama.ab.ca to your pop-up blocker's list of permitted pop-ups.
- With some pop-up blockers you can press and hold the CTRL key before clicking
the selected link to allow the service window to load.
- Disable your pop-up blocking software while using the AMA's website.
By adding the AMA as a trusted site you will be able to access all of the service
windows without disabling your Internet security.
