• Your AMA membership card.
• One Government of Alberta acceptable piece of photo identification or support document.
• Your vehicle registration renewal form, previous vehicle registration, or licence plate number.
• Your odometer reading (optional).
• Proof of valid Alberta liability insurance (current pink card in the name(s) to appear on the vehicle registration.
