Retirement and pension plans
- AMA offers a fully subsidized, non-contributory, defined benefit pension plan for salaried employees. After two years of plan membership, the full amount deposited on your behalf into a pension plan goes with you, even if you decide to leave AMA.

- AMA offers paid vacation based on years of service starting at three weeks vacation.
- AMA sets aside time for employees to utilize in times of illness or family emergencies.
